From the beginning of our relationship, Doug was easy to work with. He offered suggestions as he was so very knowledgeable in his field, But always stated the end decision was that of my parents. He was very respectful of their wishes. Never pushy or stressful. As we were selling the house “As Is” it made qualified buyers difficult to attract, but Doug guided us during the ups and downs of finding a qualified buyer. I was lucky to have found him.
