Doug worked with me to sell my four properties long distance because I live in another state. He was amazing! Doug was so professional in handling ALL the details for me, explaining everything to me so that I understood it all clearly, keeping in constant contact with me each step of the way and in between sales to keep me informed on offers coming in, etc. He worked closely with my rental management company to make the sales go smoothly for the tenants and everyone involved. There were lots of details that needed to be dealt with like repairs and Doug was right on top of it all, following up, and making sure everything was done correctly. Honestly, I do not know how I would have done this with anyone else ~ Doug is an angel in disguise?? I have never even met Doug in person but I feel like he is an old friend who “has my back”. I hold him in the highest regard, and will always be grateful to him for helping me with all his heart!!!
